Great little shop! Will definitely visit again when back in Whitstable. Thank you to the lady who was so kind to my son. He loves the peacock feather.
It was like a paradise experience of fabrics, laces, crochet etc in this place.
A real treasure and much loved shop! A great selection of fabrics and extensive haberdashery supplies, all at reasonable prices. And the service is excellent! I'm not sure what I could do without this lovely shop!
Wide range of gorgeous dress fabrics. The lady serving was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. She was willing to sell small lengths of fabric for mask making. I thoroughly recommend this shop.
Visited this delightful shop when staying in Whitstable earlier in the year. Most helpful person found and ordered for me some piping for a cushion cover. I had been searching for ages for the right colour and thickness. I heard no more until a few months later when the cording arrived free of charge because it had taken so long to arrive. Delighted to say that the cushion cover, hand embroidered by my mother, is complete with cording that tones perfectly. Thank you Fabric Shop! I wish you were nearer.
Amazing shop. Staff very friendly and I can't wait to go back. They can help with choosing fabrics that go well together for reasonable prices will definitely go back
This little treasure trove of all good sewing things is a must if you like fabric and Whitstable. There is plenty of choice of fabric and notions alike and the service is helpful and friendly - I always try to get there three or four times a year, preferably with a friend, it's something to look forward to summer and autumn alike.
Ladies were friendly enough to all the casual visitors I was left to my own devices. .one didn't know how to use the card machine and charged me twice quite frankly it was a joke ...I have just started sewing again but won't be going back here
It was an amazing experience visiting this glorious little shop that stocked everything needed under one roof. A delight for anyone who sews. Extremely helpful staff.
Whilst under going a refurbishment they are still working hard for their customers. Making sure that sanitation of hands and staying safe is in place.
