Tried here today for lunch. It was excellent. Staff were Friendly . Would recommend & will Return again Soon. Great to support local Restaurants. We returned on the 23/05/22 We both had open steak sandwich & onion rings. The steak sandwich was good. But the gravy for us. Tasted like a steak pie gravy. And my wife thought it had too much pepper. Would return but would order something else. back again on 15th of july. tried lasagna. didnt think it was good value. small portion.for £8.95

Went with 3 friends from work, 2 got the chicken skewers and some seasoned chips - both ladies rated their meals highly and stated the sauce that came with it was delicious and the meal was served with great presentation. My 3rd friend had the enchilada and didn't stop til he was done, when he took a breath from scoffing it when we asked how it was he exclaimed it was outstanding. I can confirm that my meal, the chicken supreme, also met the same standard in presentation, portion size and outstanding deliciousness. The staff were friendly, efficient and attentive. Would highly recommend and would definitely return. We also had teas and coffees of great quality too, each served with a small square of tablet, a nice touch we all appreciated, which melted in the mouth. Lovely place to dine.
If you like good plain food at good prices this place is excellent. By plain, I don't mean tasteless, the food is very tasty. I mean not poncy and chefy. It can get very busy and very noisy. Not loud music, it's very popular not surprising and lots of your families. If you don't like that sort of noise maybe think again. The service can be slow, but if it's worth having it's worth waiting for.
Been here so many times, never had a bad experience. The staff are always wonderful. I have my favourites on the menu but there are so many tasty options. The open steak sandwich is a thing of beauty. Do yourself a favour and pay this place a visit.
Was a family get together for my daughter's 30th birthday. Excellent service, staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Had my daughter's 21st here also as we couldn't book anywhere for a party because of Christmas party nights but we booked tables for 60 people and the management were extremely helpful then as they were for the 30th this year. Thank you everyone at The Exchange. Parking: Parking restrictions as it's a zone card area up to 2 hours but also residential area too therefore difficult to get parking spaces. However, it's 100 Ards away from a bus terminal and a taxi rank
Attended the exchange with the family to celebrate my brother-in-laws 30th birthday . We all had a fab time and we all made to feel very welcome at all times, it was also all decorated for Christmas so the place looked extra special We had our 11 month old with us and they even heated up his food we had brought with us for him. Will definitely go back again.
