Went in to redeem a Gift Voucher and was served by 2 lovely members of staff. They knew we were not buying anything else that day but still showed enthusiasm and explained all about Pandora ranges. We will be back.

Lack of information provided on purchase with regards to what can be exchanged and what can't & why - company have since been in touch to try and resolve complaint which I really do appreciate! Thank you for that 👍

Extremely helpful staff who made a lovely job of setting diamonds into my wedding ring and crafting a pendant with the remaining stone, all from my worn engagement ring. Highly recommend
