A great place to get lunch, very good prices and very filling. The portions are very generous which was great to see. The calamari is really good, I’d recommend. No need to book, you can walk in and choose a place to sit. The employees were super friendly and very helpful. Very clean too with a view of the sea.

What an amazing little find. I can't believe I've lived locally and never tried this place. I've now been there twice in 2 weeks. The food is so good! The menu is great. The location is perfect for a summers day, out on the terrace, although there is indoor seating too. The portions are generous and everything tastes so fresh! I will definitely be going again soon!

We had a late lunch here. Service was quick and the food was very tasty. It’s next to the beach and near parking so good location, although not quite near the main attractions. When we initially ordered we thought the prices were a bit expensive, but given the portion sizes you get, we were actually very impressed. Would definitely recommend.

We went to this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon for lunch without any booking. The staff managed to arrange a table for us. We ordered the fish and chips and the chowder. Plenty of food in terms of quantity. The highlight for me was the staff. They were very welcoming and courteous. Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Southend.

Customer service here was great and the food was amazing. I had the vegetarian breakfast with a few added extras. I definitely did not need the added extras as the portion size of the food was enough for anybody. The quality of the food spot on. I will definitely come here again and would certainly recommend this place.

Stumbled on this gem during a day trip and thoroughly enjoyed the cheerful and speedy service along with the genourously portioned tasty and fresh dishes. Really loved this place and look forward to going back next trip.

My son took me here today for Mother's day lunch. The food was excellent and the staff very friendly and efficient. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Absolutely delicious, took my mum and 2 daughters there for lunch today. Can say we had 4 empty plates. The lasagne was one of the best. The portions are a good size which is good as it is pricey, but I am happy to pay it. We went when it was quiet, so the service was good. The whole family will detbe returning and will be recommended this place to friends and family.

Popped in for brunch today, didn't order a sandwich as £16 seemed ridiculously steep! The table had ketchup on it and wasn't cleaned properly and we were sat on wobbly plastic garden chairs guys, you're not Claridges. Paid £7.80 for a small luke warm latte and a small coke. £15 for a full English breakfast is madness. Shan't be returning.
