When I decided to sell my house I had only one person in mind & that was Heather @ The Estate Angel. Within 24hrs Heather had been down to my house, taken the pictures & uploaded a fantastic description of my home. My house was sale agreed in just 5 days & that was purely down to the professionalism of Heather & how she got my house out there in a very congested market. Honestly, if it was any other estate agent then my house would not have sold so fast. I was kept up to date throughout the process & my queries were answered quickly, absolutely nothing was any hassle. Thank you Heather, your very much appreciated.
Arranged a viewing on Monday for that evening. drive an hour there and back to then be told the next day that the owner of the property had told her on Friday before the Monday that they only wanted buyers who were already sale agreed. Which is fair enough but….. She asked me my situation on the Monday before the viewing, and I told her I had literally just put my house on the market. So why she wasted my time and let me drive down there is beyond me. She also told me they had an upfront cash offer of the asking price, when the owner of the house said they didn’t. Wouldn’t recommend heather. She wasn’t even willing to see that I was prepared to offer more, and to put it across to the sellers. If that was my house and potential buyers who are willing to offer more were being turned away I wouldn’t be happy. NOTE TO SELLERS: TAKE POTENTIAL BUYERS DETAILS SO YOU CAN DEAL DIRECTLY WITH THEM, SO THAT YOU WONT MISS OUT ON MORE MONEY!
The Estate Angel Heather was my angel she looked after my every whim showing me houses I was interested in and finally thanks to Heather I will have my new home completion date "17th June 2022" Johny the seller is a brilliant young guy and has been most helpful with this roller coaster ride I have been on. An excellent service marketing & presenting my property exactly as I had hoped for, then arranging quality viewings and finally overseeing the signing of the tenants agreement. Heather who has a vast knowledge and experience in the property business was supportive, available and attentive throughout. I cannot thank her enough and have no hesitation in highly recommending The Estate Angel.
Heather is an absolute disgusting human being renting out houses for commission only. I would say far far away from her. She has entered my house without permission started shouting in my face about a cooker that was agreed by landlords to take out she accused me of stealing it.
