Sent email inquiry and I received a very prompt response, website very easy to navigate, with a nice selection of products. Order was dispatched promptly and email notification sent. Very pleased with my purchase.

Company is likely a scam.  Order some products, but they were not sent.  I sent several emails, and they were never answered.  My money was never sent back. Do not do business with "the essentials company", because they will steal your money. EDIT:  They answered and I can confirm that the company is not a scam.  As to the emails allegedly sent, I didn't get them, but I got an email directly after having called them.  For fairness, I have to add that the person on the phone was very nice and forthcoming, and the issue could be resolved the website did not add the shipping cost to the EU automatically, so the purchase was changed to "on hold" without me getting an email [neither automatic nor manual].  That being said, the customer service was all good in the end, so I'm changing the rating to *** was * initially.

Great communication, always kept me up to date with my order when I asked, and received my full order in perfect condition, Thanks for everything.

Nice website, goods received very quickly.  Purchased the no seed bird feed which the birds love.

Very friendly service, quick delivery would definitely order again!
