Amazing customer service. Was served by Tom and we had a faulty jurassic world dinosaur... Unfortunately none left in store for a replacement so he kindly exchanged for another dinosaur but then allowed us to keep hold of the broken one as my son loved it! Highly recommend the store and very grateful for the kindness shown. Thank you, Tom.
Good friendly staff, covid-19 restrictions followed good choice of toys including educational toys, currently certain items at a very good discounted price well worth a look around
It has a good variety of toys probably for ages newborn to approximately 8. Anyone older you may have to try other toyshops or online. The staff are always very helpful, chatty and enthusiastic which is really nice. Excellent value for money the prices are great and you can come out with bag loads without spending loads.
There's a fair bit of choice here but prices shown on shelves don't seem to match up at the till. Ultimately on this occasion we were looking for.a gift for an 8 year old boy and just couldn't find what we were looking for - either too young or way too expensive!
My son loves the entertainer, there are always great deals and it's a good place for him to spend his pocket money. The staff are always friendly and great with the kids. The demo table of some of their toys is also a good idea so the children can at least try some of the toys before they buy. The store does not open on a Sunday in line with the owners Christian beliefs.
Not a big place and it's closed on Sunday. No large outdoor toys like scooters or bike. You can find good puzzle choice and toys for young kids
Absolute saved today by Sophie and the team. Desperately needed present wrapping paper and Sophie went above and beyond at helping me out. She is an very lovely person and will go very far in life. As for the company a brilliant service and joyous experience.
Very bad and arrogant management and personnel. When you buy, they want to squeeze additional toys and batteries into your basket. But to return unsuitable kid gift seems to be no their responsibilities anymore. One might have the impression that a kids toy shop would be more friendlier and professional. These are definitely missing in this shop. BE AWARE! THEY MIGHT CALL SECURITY FOR YOUR KID IN THE SHOP!!! Never again !!!
Offers a better variaty of choice in what i was looking for than stores in the Netherlands. Even with shipping costs the products i ordered were cheaper than in local stores. Delivery was 11 days earlier than predicted. People in this store made us pretty darn happy!
