I really wish I had checked the reviews before using this company - absolutely awful!! I paid extra for delivery within 1-2 days and received my order 7 days after dispatch and too late for the occasion it was bought for. Not only that but the parcel included a gift tag for someone else's order, so someone else will have been disappointed not to have received that! Very poor quality item too.
When I messaged the company to let them know that my father’s gift hadn’t arrived, Faye was absolutely brilliant and ensured the gift was sent the next day. Really excellent customer service!
Absolutely shocking. Made an order a few weeks ago. No response from my emails and messages. I've been conned. AVOID THIS COMPANY
Absolute con of a company. Delivery for engraved items supposed to be 5 days, not received after 2 weeks, when I chased up with 5 days until items were needed for a presentation I was promised they were on the way and should arrive in time. If not I was promised a replacement would be sent overnight in time for the presentation. No items have arrived, their online chat option is closed, this is the only way of getting hold of them. Have got refund from bank and reported them for fraud. The worst part is I could have ordered elsewhere and got them in time had they been honest 5 days ago, now I'm left with no gifts to present. Furious, and amazed at the indecency and dishonesty. Do not go near this company, they should be shut down. Wanted to give no stars but you can only post if you award one.
Why didn't I read the reviews first???? I wouldn't have used this company. Only gave one star because don't know how to review with none!!! No one is exaggerating. Ordered on 17 June, paid extra for 2 day postage and still waiting. It was a 60th birthday present which was last week. Can't get through on phone. Reply to my email just highlighted the dispatch time which is 3-5 days if not sooner, that's an obvious lie. I'd shop elsewhere if I were you.
I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone apart from the trading standards people! I paid for quicker delivery, 2 - 3 days,as it was a retirement gift for my boss but it took over week and half AND that was me chasing them. There was no online chat even though it says to contact through that media. There is no contact number so email is the only way. Eventually when I got hold of them they blamed the courier company for losing the item in the post hence the delay but then managed to get it me the very next day. Once received, the engraving on the glasses was incorrectly positioned on the glasses. I complained AGAIN and they said I would receieve the replacement ones within a couple days......I HAVE NOT! Today is the day I now need to give my boss his retirement gift and I feel so embarrassed as it is not what was expected! This company is a joke! I have approached Citizens Advice and I will be going to trading standards as this company should not be trading! DO NOT USE! Amendment after adding previous review: I stand by what I previously stated about the company however, literally 15 minutes before leaving for retirement party, the new glasses arrived and were perfect It has been too much hassle with this company however I cannot fault the quality of the actual item and display case. I still won't be using them again but they have redeemed themselves A LITTLE!
Impossible to get through to anyone, wonder if the company is legit... item received faulty, not packed well...no one is coming back to me
Under no circumstances would I recommend this company! I paid delivery to guarantee a delivery 3 days before a christening. Its now 9 days since the event and nothing has yet arrived. They have taken my money but there is no way to contact them to find out what is going on! They don't respond to email and now they have turned off the live chat facility. They had the nerve to ask me for an apology for being frustrated at them not delivering in time!. If i could leave a zero star review I would
Shocking company, ordered 10 days ago and still no sign of delivery, despite paying for 2-3 day delivery. Have not received any dispatch note or tracking information. Emailed customer service and no response. Would not recommend.
