I’d give them zero stars. They’re crooks and took my money immediately. Placed an order 3 weeks ago. No despatch email. No one answers the phone. Have to keep chasing them on email. Still don’t have my item. Such a bad experience and won’t be using them ever again.

Made an order two weeks ago and it never arrived. Rang and reported it and another one was put in the post for next day delivery. On opening the box, everything seems beautifully made and engraved. The  only problem is delivery from this company seems to be a nightmare, hence the 3 stars.
