The menu hasn't changed in years but the place always has a buzz and the staff and management are very much on the ball. So always a pleasure and value for money. Personal favourites are the squid, dumplings for starters and sizzling seafood platter for main. Everyone in our family loves going there, and then there's the Sunday buffet...Probably only giving four stars because we've been going there so long and it could do with a change, maybe in menu. But it's a winning formula!

I've eaten at this restaurant many times over about ten years and on every occasion it has been a perfect dining experience. The food, from both the menu and buffet, can only described as exquisite. There are other good Chinese restaurants in the area but this place certainly has the edge, despite what some of the negative reviewers have stated. How anyone can take issue with their food is strangely bewildering. My last visit was only a couple of months ago and all was great then, including all-round service. Pricing is not cheap but reasonable. The buffet is very cost effective. A reservation in plenty of time is essential.

The food was pretty nice and the service was very good. Also, the staff were friendly and we didn’t have to wait long for the food to be cooked. The price wasn’t too bad. One of my problems was on their TVs they just had fishes showing over and over again. They need to change that but overall it was pretty good!

Everyone posting positive reviews about this ridiculous restaurant must be paid. The staff don't know English, can't serve us the right food and didn't even leave any salt or sauces on the table.Whoever gives this restaurant full marks must be on acid. First impressions aside, I ordered chicken sweetcorn soup for starters and the chicken used was clearly stale. Moving on to the main course, the lady couldn't serve us the right noodles (my great grandmother can provide better service than this), the food in terms of both quality and quantity was very poor and highly overpriced. Even the main courses were like starters to me.
Overall, I don't know how this restaurant is still running. There are definitely many better Chinese restaurants than this and I hope those reading my authentic review take this seriously as these dimwits are trying to fool everyone by showcasing itself as a top class Chinese restaurant. So, if anyone is considering dining at a Chinese restaurant, definitely do not consider this one. I know that this is a subjective matter and perhaps the other food on the menu might be better but to me, it was an absolute rip-off!!!
Definitely avoid this one, I can promise that you will not regret it!

We are here for a birthday meal this week. There were 7 of us so I booked well in advance. Even if it's a weekday, I would strongly advise booking as this restaurant is always full.
The food is always delicious, beautifully cooked and exceptional value for money.
If you are looking for a quiet romantic evening this probably wouldn't be your first choice. But for nights out with friends/family it's really great. The waiting staff are attentive and helpful. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this restaurant.
We will definitely go back.
