This used to be a great place for take-away, but last time I turned up 5 minutes before it was supposed to be ready, only to have to wait a further 30 minutes for the food to arrive. No apology either, just a shrug when the staff member looked up from her phone despite me asking for an explanation of the delay, which just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Sorry Emperor, my business will be going elsewhere from now on.
The staff were very friendly and attentive and the boss came to discuss the menu because I had mentioned I was gluten intolerant. The food was excellent well cooked and very tasty . We enjoyed the first time experience and will visit again in the near future
Lovely food, as for the staff, I nearly got a paper cut when they snatched the menu out of my hand!!! And be careful they don't wrap you up amongst the tablecloth when they're clearing the tables. Ignorance off the scale
Very good food of the highest quality. Not many restaurants like this one left as they still do everything in the traditional way. Definitely great value for money. Don't take my word for it, just try their Sesemea Prawn Toast.
Food is decent but can get a bit rowdy in here. Good for large groups but I wouldn't go here for a romantic meal!
