I’m a regular customer I buy all my cakes only from cake box in Derby. They have never let me down,even ordering last minute they have a really high standard eye for detail and amazing cakes, they are the best cakes I have ever tried. The customer service has always been welcoming so polite and helpfull.

Absolutely appalling customer service. How can your service be so bad when all you have to do is sell cakes. Never been back since the lady at the counter had extremely bad manners. If your not bothered about being spoken to in a polite manner then you will have no problems here.
