Nice relaxing vibe about the Edmund Tylney. It's named after the Master of Revels to King James 1 & Queen Elizabeth 1. Pub was quiet & relaxing when we visited. It had a cosy fire going and booths available or if you prefer, outside seating in a pedestrianised zone. Stella was £4.10 a pint & 3 small plates were £14.99. I would come back here again. It was nice & quiet  & very relaxing.

This was a great pub for a quick drink when travelling on trains, with a wooden decor that has an olden feel to it! Counter is nicely presented and service from the staff was on point, area around the counter and the outside seating both feel a bit small though. I had a fresh Corona Extra, cleanliness was up to standard and water refillable machine efficient.

Nice pub. Spacious, decent atmosphere, good prices. You know what you’re getting at a Wetherspoons.

Been to this place on a friend's call to catch up for a drink. Lovely place, plenty of seating inside and outdoor. Nice decor to make you feel bit historical.nService was good which matter to me. Quiet atmosphere with lovely vibes. Even reading about Donald Campbell life history on the wall board. Btw we had good time on drinks and then move on. Glad I was here.

The usual consistency I would expect from a Weatherspoons. Strong selection of well stored beers, excellent food and lightning fast friendly service. It felt like my phone was connected to the taps! Most importantly, superb value for money. Atmosphere was jovial with a wide selection of decorators, builders and various muggles enjoying the vibe.
