The Edge is Southampton’s largest and most popular gay nightclub and we have been serving the gay community & their friends for over 20 years! The Box Bar was totally transformed in 2015 and now serves fabulous cocktails from 4pm every day, & gives you free entry into the club! We aim to provide a fun, informal, safe and entertaining venue for everyone to enjoy! Keep it real and keep it camp!

Excellent. First time going. Really enjoyed it

The bar had a lovely atmosphere. Everyone was so kind and welcoming and I felt comfortable being myself around here. Bonus points for having unisex bathrooms. I can't speak about the club since it was too early I think for it to be busy, and was fairly empty at the time.

Great service, fantastic prices, great selection of drinks, fully functional pool table. The only thing letting it down was all the little steps everywhere.

Lovely security staff! Was spot searched but they were so nice and amazing! No one judges you in this club and you can be yourself and have an amazing time! Definitely down in the memories x

Been a few times with my son and daughter and wouldn't go anywhere else as really friendly staff. I'm straight but everyone even after asking where welcoming and a good laugh. Hope to get back here soon.
