After a life time in the same surgery, I have anxiously just joined this practice after a town/house move, and just wanted to say THANK YOU to every member of staff I have so far had dealings with. Friendly, helpful and welcoming. My anxiety has been calmed and I grateful for the help already offered.

I've been registered at several practices, this is by far the best. Lovely doctors who take time to find out about you.

ridiculous. looks very quiet when you go in, so why don't they answer their phones!! doctors are good. ridiculous service for prescriptions. not everyone can go in, they need to ring but you don't answer phones

I find it hard to believe that anyone would have a bad word to say about this practice. I transferred my family here from a horrendous practice in Ingleby Barwick and it is like chalk and cheese. All of the staff are helpful and friendly. You can get appointments the right side of Christmas. They don't get your prescriptions wrong. The doctors and nurses listen and understand.
