WOW! from the moment we drove in, we fell in love. Michael and Emily did a fantastic job with this cottage. Everything was immaculate, and the attention to detail was just excellent. Michael provided everything for our stay; bread the best bread I have ever eaten, milk, cereal etc. Everything we could need for a weekend away, plus more. We did not want to come home, and we will definitely be back soon, and we will recommend it to anyone. Thank you, Michael and Emily, for being such generous hosts and the lovely stay at your cottage and the tour around the yard.
Michael has taken a lot of care and attention to the property, both in the design and upkeep. We both felt at home in this property and there were lots of nice touches you wouldn't find at most places, such as fresh produce from local shops and high quality cleaning products. Nothing has been left out and there were plenty of surprises, the outdoor seating area is incredible and the ability to walk around the nearby stables and land was a great addition. We are already looking to book a stay for next year!
I'm so glad we found this place. An impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and ultra comfortable place in an idyllic little village in the Cotswolds. Michael was very easy to reach and super helpful with my requests, and has thought of everything in the Bothy so that it felt like a truly luxurious stay. We loved the Daylesford goodies he left and the little touches like the dressing gowns for the bathroom. 10/10 would recommend and hopefully will be back!
Loved it, Michael you were amazing..thankyou for even getting us some vegan biscuits and marg! Such an amazing cottage, it was 1 night in heaven, shame we couldn't stay longer but we will be back!
Absolute gem of a place! Michael and Emily did an amazing job with this cottage. Everything was to the highest standards and they have provided everything that you would need for a lovely stay. They even provided us with a breakfast hamper. The attention to detail is just amazing. We would not hesitate coming back to this place and we will definitely recommend to our family and friends. Amazing stay at the Cotswolds, a perfect hidden gem! Amazing property carefully made, prepared and decorated. Very cozy and warm, with all comfort. Michael is a great host and left at the cottage fresh bread, eggs, biscuits, croissants, coffee and tea, jams, some chocolate - all you need and more. He also arranged for s baby cot and a high chair so we didn’t need to bring baby stuff with us which was great. Also, the cottage is very spacious for a couple and a baby; the cottage is brand new so all works perfectly and is beautifully made.
This is quite possibly the best place we've stayed in for the money. I simply cannot fault this property. Michael's attention to detail, decor, furnishings and accessories are simply outstanding. If you're looking for a property to stay in the Cotswold, you HAVE to stay here. You have everything you need from a full set of cutlery, plates and mugs to USB sockets beneath the side tables, great WiFi and power sockets outside on the terrace. It simply is beautiful, peaceful and fantastic value for money - like I said - you have to stay here and I will certainly be coming back. Well done Michael, you have created an amazing property for people to enjoy. Thanks to you and Emily for showing us around the estate, it was a great touch on our final morning.
