Surprised my partner for an anniversary night out here! Great vibe with a DJ playing music, lot's of people yet lots of space. Great vendors that are changed every 6 weeks! Love all the lights. Decent price to try lots of different foods in the one place. The pizza is hands down the best and Abandoned Chips were delicious. Try all the cocktails! Highly recommend for a night out with your partner or group of friends. Loved the atmosphere and staff were great! Definitely going to revisit soon!
Atmosphere has always been really good, great selection of different foods on offer. Music and themed days for kids. Dogs welcome. Toilets could do with an upgrade. QR code available for ordering drinks to table is simple and quick. Would like to see the food stalls coming together to offer a sharing platter with a selection of the best dishes. Highly recommended
First time at Dockyard Social and we will definitely return. Took about 40 minutes to walk from Queens Street Station which with our dog was a great wee walk. Great food and drink choice, dog friendly and the atmosphere and staff were very welcoming
Read a lot about this place and it was all correct - this is an amazing place. Friendly atmosphere, kid and dog friendly with food for everyone. I was a little surprised to see the quality of the cocktails. A perfectly balanced whisky sour is something you don’t get every day. The Negroni was also a great experience. Food wise we had the pork gyros and they were so good I’m going to have cravings for them. The “Mickey something something” from the kitchen next to the gyros place was also a great find. If you’re in Glasgow, this place is a must.
Great venue, food options were brilliant although a few places ending up selling out so I'd go earlier next time. Love that it is dog friendly ! Very reasonably priced for food and drink I'd highly recommend.
Dockyard Social has a cool concept of being set in the converted warehouse and comprising many food stores selling delicious street food from all around the world. Huge seating area and good space for socialising, especially for larger gatherings. Very kids friendly. You have to pre book tickets at 5 quid per head but that goes into your first drink and I had the watermelon daiquiri which was absolutely delicious. Food cost ranges between 5 to 8 quid. As it is street food style, you'll likely order a few dishes to keep your stomach happy. Great for sharing. I recommend the pulled pork tacos
Delicious food and I love the idea of the place. The service is a bit chaotic but the food and drinks makes up for it.
A great space for socialising - lots of space and tables. We have visited several times and it’s always been great. Service is great - currently the process is that you order at the stalls and then the food is brought to you, and for drinks you order at your table. The ambiance is really relaxed, even if it’s quiet. The tacos are especially good - worth a try!
Good atmosphere, hip and lively. Would recommend McFly’s fried chicken stall the buffalo wings / burger were good though salty and pistachio white chocolate gelato! The selection of free alcoholic drinks using the token are quite limited and I found the watermelon mojito too sweet and artificial. Instead, it’s more worth it to use the token for an elaborate mocktail at the bar counter. Give the Asian stall a miss. Ordered chicken bao buns for around £8 and it was really average. The buns were small, there wasn’t much meat and it was seasoned with a very generic “asian” flavour which was lacklustre and inauthentic.
It was a fantastic time. Good service and the best chicken strips ive had in my life. Drinks were on the pricier side but the food was well worth it price wise.
