Welcome to The DJ Shop. We are one of the longest running DJ equipment suppliers in the UK. We supply DJ and studio production equipment to all from amateurs to professionals. We stock a vast array of equipment including DJ controllers, DJ mixers, DJ decks, monitor speakers, DJ headphones, disco lighting and DJ equipment packages from all the leading brands across the industry.

You will find our prices competitive and for making purchases that bit easier we have a DJ equipment finance scheme in place with the largest and most reputable finance companies in the retail sector that offer highly affordable low APR. Visited Southampton for treatment for a medical condition and popped into the shop for a specialist bag to transport my radio broadcasting equipment. The level of service received from the get go was beyond exceptional. They took into consideration my slightly fragile position, offered assistance in every way. As a DJ from the Channel Islands Jersey they also took the time to demo other equipment that would not be available to me on our lovely little island. It was like being a kid in a sweetshop. To conclude, as long as this recommendation is, it does not begin to express the compassion and professionalism I received on my visit to the DJ Shop in Southampton. I want to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service I have received from DJ Shop regarding a recent purchase. Two weeks ago, I received a bubble machine from your store, only to discover upon opening that it was broken. I promptly notified DJ Shop, providing pictures of the damaged product, and was asked to supply the serial number, which I did without hesitation. Despite my efforts to communicate the issue, I found myself repeatedly having to chase for updates. After a week had passed, DJ Shop informed me that they needed to consult with the manufacturer, Ibiza, regarding the problem. Additionally, they mentioned that they were arranging a replacement bubble machine of a different type, but assured me that it would be provided at the same cost. Unfortunately, the situation escalated when I called earlier today and was met with appalling rudeness from a staff member named Sam. During our conversation, he displayed an incredibly disrespectful attitude, stating "can you just answer the question" in a dismissive manner. Both my friend and my husband were witness to this conversation, as I had the call on loudspeaker. I am utterly appalled by the treatment I received over the phone. This has been my first experience dealing with DJ Shop, and I can confidently say that it will be my last. The lack of professionalism and respect demonstrated by your staff is unacceptable. I urge DJ Shop to prioritise improving its customer service practices to prevent further instances of dissatisfaction among its customers.
