Went for afternoon tea, had a wonderful massage adjusted to suit each of us, and an amazing time in the spa area with a warm pool with jets, a foot bath, steam room, sauna, a milder warm room which I loved as do not do well in the heat, hot and cold shower and plenty of seating. The food was good and the people there could not do enough to help, always with a smile! Will absolutely be back!
Been twice now and love it! The warm welcome from the lovely receptionist who goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The therapists are totally in tune to what you want from your experience to be like and the treatments are amazing! We will definitely book again soon.
Bijou little spa with very welcoming atmosphere. Didn’t feel at all rushed or crowded and was a truly relaxing experience house in a beautiful building. Sue my therapist was truly the most experienced and welcoming her facial was just divine! Hopefully be back again soon!
10/10 evening spa experience, just what was needed to feel relaxed! Staff member Jamie at the spa was amazing and very helpful from start to finish, great customer service. The food was fantastic and we would definitely come again in the near future.
We came here for a spa day, It was quite small and a few of the areas weren't working, the ice bowl and part of the fire and ice spa was closed, it was very busy, so you are limited to where you can go and what activities you can use. You get 3 hours of access, seems about the right time. The changing rooms are very small and there is only one toilet and shower for all the guests.
Visited Devonshire Spa for a spa day 2x 30mins treatments. Really enjoyed the day and the treatments including the afternoon tea! Great value for money and the staff can't do enough for you from start to finish. Will be back again.
The technical installations are good, but the whole place is tiny, no windows, claustrophobic. And the stainless steel bars are rusty and tiles getting off
I've visited the numerous times over the years, and it never ceases to amaze me! Each treatment I've experienced there has been nothing short of phenomenal. I always depart feeling both relaxed and revitalized. The staff are not only warm and accommodating, but also incredibly skilled. On one memorable occasion, I was so engulfed in relaxation during a massage that I actually drifted off to sleep! Imagine my surprise when I woke myself up with my own loud snoring. Though I was momentarily embarrassed, both the staff member and I shared a good laugh. She took it as the highest form of compliment — after all, achieving such a state of relaxation speaks volumes about her expertise!
Just had a really lovely day with a delicious afternoon tea today, we also had a treatment each, the staff are so nice and we never felt rushed, we all came out feeling very relaxed. My one and only small criticism is it would have been nice to have at least one private area in the fairly small changing area.
Beautiful building.We had a very relaxing spa morning the following day of my graduation to unwind and it was perfect, the back and scalp massage was absolutely fabulous and the touch of a glass of bubbly was perfect staff friendly and inviting and nothing to much trouble we are planning on a second visit.x.x.
