Great little beach front pub with some good beers and a large menu. They make some of the menu vegan for us and it was really great food! Proper good wholesome food. No processed fake stuff. Friendly staff to top it off
The Devonport Inn is a cracking pub and a great location. The staff very polite and friendly even to a devonian . We had a pint of Dartmoor Ale and a Cornish cider, both great value and went down a treat. A definite return from us.
Had Sunday lunch here today. Unbelievably good, one of the best pub roasts I’ve ever had. Two thick slabs of perfectly cooked beef, crisp potatoes, proper gravy and really fresh and tasty veg. Followed by panna cotta, with dessert wine. Blooming marvellous. The staff were genuinely delightful too. I’ve been coming here for years but this is the first time I’ve been prompted to review, as it was just so good.
Stopped here last night for a meal. It was late in the evening but the owner & staff were exceptionally accommodating and happy to help. The food… wow! Hats off to the chef! Can’t wait to return guys keep up the good work
We used this pub as a launch point for a "pub-circular" walk around the South-West Coast path. The food was good we had the fish and chips and the service was prompt, friendly and attentive. I went in about to ask if they were dog friendly and was met with a view of almost all tables occupied by families with dogs - so clearly they are! They have local beers and ciders.

Pretty pub on the seafront that will do you tasty pints for the beach. Book in advance if you want to eat in or nab an outside table as they're not bookable.
Brilliant fish and chips wonderful view and good people who go above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Really really delicious food, even we had to wait quite a long time I would give 5/5 for the taste we could enjoy. + for wisely big portions for having a room for a pudding at the end, Sticky toffee pudding with salted caramel ice cream was just the best! Pan fried plaice with caper butter, with a choice of triple cooked beef dripping chips
