My the medical practice is the most professional practice in Tewkesbury. All staff treat you with the up most respect. Waiting time are with expected peramators. The doctors are well informed.
Easy parking, friendly staff, could do with more signs inside building
Beautiful new building friendly staff not long to wait
Only two people waiting.but was seen with in half hour .after COVID it was good to actually get to see a doctor.phone calls have there place but not great if you want to discuss a few things . people often feel rushed over the phone especially if you are an elderly person.i got to discuss a few things that needed referring to different department's.my medication needed to be changed as well.i had to also arrange blood tests as well.i feel as if I accomplished things today.
Appointments generally on time although a long wait for appointment with a GP several weeks if non-urgent. Many locum GPs. Quick and efficient tests.
