First time visiting this great place. Here for an engagement party, impressive venue, hip and trendy decor. The staff member who served our table was so attentive and helpful, from taking drinks orders, food order, clearing tables and all whilst so friendly and cheerful, made our night, thankyou! Blonde haired lady with Irish accent. Food was lovely, the band was so good, really enjoyed the music. And then a DJ to end the night. Highly recommended, pity I didn't live nearer!
Food and drinks were nice enough, but service although friendly, was very scattered. At every stage they had to be asked multiple times for drinks or meals, got meals mixed up, waiting on drinks and then getting a double order. Music was too loud for dining, football switched off after 70 minutes of a match and never got it sorted. When we asked for the bill, it was very expensive and then realised they tried to charge £400 for a sticky toffee pudding, when pointed out the staff laffed and blamed each other. Would give another go, but probably not in a hurry.
My three kids and I ate in the Devenish tonight....All of our food was delicious, pipping hot, so tasty and great portions. The service was 1st class, the staff couldn't have been nicer and they were all so good at their job and went the extra mile. Couldn't recommend enough, we'll be back very soon.
Lovely place , comfortable and friendly atmosphere, fantastic staff so helpful and polite , cocktails were amazing and very reasonably priced,nFood was delicious and also well priced , not a fault of a kind could I find with this spot , il definitely be back and can't wait to enjoy the beer garden
My daughter had her wedding here and I can't recommend enough. It was amazing from start to finish. Excellent service, food and beautiful function room. FANTASTIC! Thank you for making her day so perfect
