A beautiful venue and we enjoyed our friends traditional wedding but gosh the parking saga is wild!nnIf you use this venue, please tell your guests to enter their registration number as soon as they arrive by the entrance to validate the parking in the West Mall Car park about 10mins in high heels lol. Thankfully, I knew this but so many people didn't and I'm sure many people received tickets. That's excluding those that were ticketed for parking just outside.

Notably, a male employee who appeared to be acting as the hall manager was extremely rude to us.nI was seated in the inappropriate location you mentioned for approximately three to four hours. It is unreasonable that the music staff was not assigned a designated area.

Attended a wedding at this venue last Sunday. Service and organisation was really good and would recommend this venue. Only downside is the parking in the area but you can find something as long as you are willing to take a stroll around area to get to the venue. Food was very nice and nice catchup with family after 20 years!

We recently held our wedding at The Decorium, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish.nThe venue itself is spacious, elegant, and beautifully designed, making it the perfect backdrop for such a special occasion.nThe staff were incredible throughout the whole process. A special mention goes to the General Manager who went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly on the day. His professionalism, warm personality and attention to detail truly made a difference. We were also touched by their generosity in waiving an extra charge a thoughtful gesture that showed how much they care about their guests.nOur friends and family couldn't stop complimenting the venue, the service, and the atmosphere. If you're looking for a beautiful setting with a team that genuinely cares, The Decorium is the place to go.

A great experience at a lovely central venue at Wood Green.nComfortable and cosy surroundings with  limited parking on site.nSeated around 300 guests very nicely with an ambience and the lighting was easy to the eyes.
