I wanted to share with you my recent experience at a bicycle repair shop I visited for the first time. Unfortunately, this visit turned out to be very disappointing due to the attitude of the salesperson, who was extremely impolite and aggressive towards customers.  I had brought my bike in to repair the pedal, but right from the moment I arrived, I was taken aback by the unwelcoming reception from the salesperson. He seemed to have no idea how to address customers properly, and his way of communicating was far from pleasant.  As the conversation progressed, his aggression escalated, making my bike repair experience very unpleasant. I sincerely regretted choosing this shop for my repair needs.  I wanted to warn you about this situation, as I wouldn't wish anyone to go through a similar experience. I strongly advise you not to visit this shop, as the salesperson might ruin your day with his aggressive and unpleasant attitude. I have never encountered anyone as unpleasant as him in this type of business.  It's better to look for another bicycle repair shop that offers a more friendly and professional customer service. I hope my warning helps you avoid a bad experience.  Feel free to ask if you need recommendations for another bicycle repair shop.  Take care and happy biking!

A rip off place, he quoted me £170 to replace a rigid fork with a suspension fork. I bought one on my own for £40. He is also a rude guy.

In one year I had quite much trouble with my bike but he always did a great service for me. He is always trying to find you a cheaper and most secure option. Many great suggestions from him and a great person for a good conversation. Steven I hope that I remember your name correctly is very helpful, very friendly and understanding. Agree with everyone who has  left a 1 star review! Having visited several times, the owner clearly has no intention of helping or remotely interested in serving you. Extremely poor customer service, so don’t waste your time visiting. On a Saturday, Announced he is out of stock of everything before I even approached the counter said he couldn’t help me until Monday, Baffling behaviour looks like I’m not the only one who has encountered this.

TOPS! TOPS! TOPS! TOPS! TOPS! TOPS! If you want straight honest opinions on repairs to your bike this is the place to go, took my bike in for brakes repairs was given a polite funny welcome then was told what the problem was & how long until repaired, went back to collect after receiving txt to say work was completed & realised my bike needed a stand, this was no problem it was done straight away without fuss, please try this shop for repairs & sales, the fella is honest & straight talking whilst managing to be fair with prices he will have a bit of banter aswell,  can't recommend this place more!!!!!

Went here for ease of parking as had bike in back of car. Prompt service good pricing and knowledgeable. Had to return the following day for a different reason. Same good service Helpful. Good locally owned business. Was surprised at some reviews here. These places are hard to find I'm glad I found it
