I have had great service from the shop in purchasing my brand new Addict Disc. I was glad to see that the shop had stay open through the recent pandemic, so popped down and ordered my new bike, which they have setup to my measurement within a week. 5* service and professional outlook. Keep it going boys, be back soon for some upgrading of my wheelset.

Dear Cycle Division, just an update on my Supersix Evo from last year. The bike fit and setup have been a dream for the past 12 months, and my RC50D with black decals have arrived this morning. Pop them on for the weekend
Fixed my head set issue there and then as a drop in.... Had nice chat with Simon. Lovely guy. They will collect my bike from home and return. You can't ask for more than that. Very professional, best bike shop around Staffordshire...fab guys, cheers!
Wanted a pair of training wheels for cross bike, very friendly guy in showroom showed me the full range of wheels and sold me exactly what i wanted. Not up sold at all, managed to get budget wheels that look great, with correct hub fitting for my bike and the tyres were a dream to fit. Top service would recommend ;-
Ordered a bike that was available from their website. They replied that the chosen size was unavailable from the manufacturer and returned my money. However they didin't return the same amount they charged from my credit card. Well I ordered the same bike in different size from their website and also this size was available at the time of the order. I got the same message that this bike is unavailable from the manufacturer aswell. I replied that I want a refund on this purchase also. It took me 6 emails, 1,5 weeks and threatening to contact my credit company, for them to respond to my emails and refund the second bike. Terrible and slow customer service. Won't be buying from here again.
I pre-ordered some Cero AR30 wheels in early July, for delivery in early August. In late August I was told the delivery would be delayed; they eventually arrived in late September. In early November, using a plastic tyre lever to fit some GP 4 season tyres for winter caused the rim to buckle. Obviously this should never be possible I took them into a bike shop, who said they'd never seen anything like it! so there must have been a structural defect. I emailed for a warranty replacement, and in looking back through photos to find the exact date the wheels were delivered I found a photo from when I had literally just lifted them out of the box - and in the photo you can see an indent right next to where the rim later buckled. Despite being well inside the warranty period and having proof that the wheels arrived broken, Cycle Division are steadfastly refusing to honour their warranty, and I am preparing to start making a claim through the small claims court under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015. In short, I've spent £300 on wheels that arrived broken and dangerously weak imagine if they'd deformed when I was out riding! and are now completely useless. However good the reviews of the wheels are online: avoid, unless you have money to burn.
Waste of time/Avoid..... booked my bike in for a service to be told we are busy and the next slot was nearly 3 weeks time, I was ok with this as I wanted to try a higher end bike shop service and had heard good things. 3 weeks later I took my bike in, and was told it would be done within the week - Happy days. 10 days later after not hearing anything I called the shop to be told it wasn't done yet. #disappointed. 2 days later I called again, this time I was told the mechanic has been off the previous week why tell me tell me to bring it in or not tell me this? 2 more days later I called, guess what.... still not done. 1 day later after the bike being in for nearly 2 weeks I collected my un-serviced bike, no apology! After this experience I would never go back and will not be recommending them. Simple communication could have made this situation much better.
Excellent Service! I ordered a bicycle from the US and received the bike 4 days later. Everything was delivered in great condition and as promised. The staff was quick to respond to email and did an outstanding job. Don't hesitate to order from Cycle Division.
Great service from all the staff, the best I’ve ever had. The shop is super efficient with a great mechanic and shop front staff. Best bike shop in the Midlands- and great support for us cyclists during this Corona pandemic time. Can’t recommend enough
