Visited whilst on holiday. We were so impressed that we chose to have our evening meals there.

Sunday lunch was just OK. Roast potatoes and Yorkshire pudding had been cooked a while and weren't at all crispy. I have definitely had better.

Consistently good value meals, attentive and cheerful staff coupled with a cosy pub ambience. I wheel my aged mother-in law in every few months who never does even the requested small portion justice

Been coming here on and off for 30 years or more since i was a small child. Lovely open fire atmosphere and really good food.
