Love this surgery either Cranborne or Verwood. My previous doctor's I couldn't get an appointment for love or money. Rang this morning at 8.30 got an appointment for 1.30. Been seen and treated. Really pleased with the service at this practice.
Every time I tried to book with a doctor that knew my situation the receptionist always would say there booked even when I'd be first in the line and at 8.00. It's always the same lady receptionist and before I would say thank you by she would hang up abruptly on me and I'd hear her huff and it felt really rude and uncomfortable so be carful if a lady with a older voice awnsers she not very polite.
This practice is by far the best practice I’ve ever been registered at, I can always get an in person or phone appointment when I need it. All doctors are helpful, obliging and efficient and the admin and reception teams are second to none. Everything is done quickly and properly and I have had zero issues since registering with them. 100% recommend and thank them for all they do
I joined this practice recently after being frustrated at having to wait 5 weeks for an appointment at my previous surgery even though I told the receptionist that it was important that I was seen quickly . Cranborne/Lake Road have been amazing. I saw a Doctor, face to face, within 2 days of becoming a patient and was fast tracked for urgent tests through the NHS system by one of the most caring and helpful doctors I have ever seen during my 70+ years.
Flu jab drive through is so efficient -this is a shining example of a well run surgery
