Good food, great banter. If you want a pub with a bit of chat, this is ideal. Can see why this place has been there for so long.
Will definitely be back when we're up in the area again.

Beryl is an amazing host, it’s a great bar with fantastic pies and great selection of whisky and a really nice old fashioned atmosphere.

Good friendly little pub, real fire, loads of photographs of military aircraft, definitely dog friendly, currently serving Cairngorm Gold ale amongst other beverages.  The signature pub meal here consists of Pie & Chips,  loads of different pies to choose from. Try it..

Great place with pies and chips on the menu only but they're so good! The lady who owns the place is super nice too. Strongly recommend it, and it's one of the few places open off season!
