Dog friendly family oriented pub. Sunday roast smelled so good I forgot to take a photo before I started eating... Oops!
A nice pub with channel views and sons parking that's free if you follow the instructions on parking rules and regulations. The service is good the food can be hit or miss at very busy times but that's no different to any pub these days in my opinion. A good place to meet up for coffee and a snack/brunch/meal I can recommend it's worth a visit if in the area
This pub is has been tastefully decorated and furnished and offers good food at a very reasonable price. There is a lovely garden with play equipment for children. This is a family friendly pub. There are TV screens on which to watch sports including premier league football.
Dropped in for a quick meal as heard it was under new management. Had an enjoyable experience with friends. Staff friendly and was served by a girl called Sophie who was pleasant and helpful throughout.
Went to watch England v Wales Was a good vibe, no trouble that I know of. In response to the Crab Apple: no complaints here! Plenty of TVs, beer was fresh; next time I'll bring the wife and give it a proper go!
Went for Sunday roast with my parents. Has a good selection of food at a very good price. The pub feels a bit run down however everyone was really friendly and accommodating to my Mum who is in a wheel chair. They also have a lot of TVs if you like sport. The beef was on the well done in terms of cooking but nice. I really liked the roast potatoes which were crispy. Also the Cauliflower cheese and broccoli were good. The Brussel sprouts were a bit soft for my liking. So based on price and quality I would push to a 4.

Good selection of drinks, friendly atmosphere and staff. Served by a waitress Sophie who was incredibly helpful.
Food was lovely and the staff were friendly. Huge stain on the cloth seating area....and plenty of holes ... bit off putting.
We’ve been regulars at this pub for several years now - we’ve seen a great change since new staff James, Matt and Rachel arrived; all are so friendly and have created a great atmosphere in the pub
