The Courtyard Cafe

A Hidden gem....lovely place with friendly staff. This is a perfect spot for any occasion, couples, friends and family meals. The food was delicious. We'll be back again no doubt soon

I had an excellent roast beef Sunday roast here. The bistro itself is very quaint and welcoming. Well designed interior. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

It was the first time we have been to the Courtyard since living in Leigh for over a year. It is quietly tucked away near the co op in Lowton. Really attentive staff, all really warm and welcoming from entering to leaving. Food was lovely and so was the atmosphere. Good variety of drinks available. Parking is a little restricted but there is a car park around the corner for the co op where you could also park. Would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future.

Food is delicious, but small portions, not sure the bottomless idea is value, unless you want to drink a lot and quickly. Staff were very nice and friendly. Current menus are difficult to read, combination of a wacky font and a strange colour way.

A nice place but on our trip the service was incredibly slow. We had to keep asking about our food - it eventually came 55 mins later. Disappointing that they didn't have the vegan Yorkshire pudding, though they still had the vegan roast. Not sure why they wouldn't make sure they had the same amount! The food was delicious though, but only a very small portion. Dietary restrictions: They have vegan options on the menu, which is great, however they need to make sure that if they are offering a vegan roast dinner that they have enough vegan Yorkshire pudding.

Nice little bistro that we found locally, the staff were really friendly and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Food was average to be honest, however it was a spur of the moment decision to try the place and overall we were pleased. Vegetarian options: Very restrictive options… the tofu soup similar to chicken noodle was nothing special

Couldn't have asked for a better first meal out since lockdown was eased!! This place never disappoints. The food is always amazing and the staff are fantastic. Already planning our next trip!

The food was nice was just cold and the service was shocking had to wait hour apart for each 3 course meal . This was on Mother’s Day need more staff next time

Offers a brilliant bottomless brunch on a Saturday with some good dishes to choose from. The first time I went the service was excellent and the waitress regularly topped our drinks up despite the place being so busy. The second time I was drinking soft drinks and was only offered one drink the whole time that's why I've given 4 not 5.

Just had the best Sunday dinner I've ever had. Can't recommend this place any more highly. Thank you so much A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
