customer service was shocking, kept asking what sandwich we had ordered, I ordered a BEST, he said he didn’t know how to make a BEST so he hopes it taste nice. The bacon wasn’t cooked, tasted like actual bread rather than a BEST sandwich, wouldn’t recommendFood: 1/5

Total and utter legends. The great work they do is well documented thanks to their website. What isn't as well documented is how excellent the food and service is.  The portions are that rare marriage of quality and quantity. Strongly recommend the BLT - should come with a warning: you may not need to eat anything else for the rest of the day!  So much love for this place. Everything about it is excellent.

A delightful place on the main street of Horsforth. Very friendly staff. Pay a visit. You won't be disappointed. I recommend the toasted teacakes.Food: 4/5

Wonderful, friendly staff in an all-too-rare inclusive environment. Free Wi-Fi and even a PC for your use if preferred. Comfy sofas and other seating with a welcoming ambience. Oh, and very nice coffee with excellent service too!

Lovely, friendly atmosphere with a wonderful community vibe. Great homemade food at great prices - pleasantly surprised! I will definitely be back.
