Attended a wedding last year, lovely venue service needs improvement.
Dinner service was shocking, worst I've seen in a while. Missing cutlery and crockery. Asked for a glass never got one. Waiting staff struggled to carry heavy platters, my drink was knocked over by waitress.Food was served in dribs and drabs and was too spicy, couldn't eat properly. 
Efficiency and coordination is much needed. A good manager should overlook service and make improvements where needed.

Lovely reception area that leads in to a large banqueting hall. Catering staff were great.
