I was quite surprised by the low score in this restaurant because the burger is amazing, one of the best I've tried in Dublin. Fair price for the size of the burgers and you can even customize all the ingredients. Would be even better if they make their garlic mayo instead of using those industrial ones
The counter burger is such a great place. I love the burgers there, especially because you can select all the ingredients and sauces you want on your burger. I still went for one of the burgers in the menu this time and I was so happy. I think I got the classic one or something like that, and it was delicious. Obviously, I got double patty and chips They have a kid's menu and meat options for everyone turkey burger, beef, fake meat, etc. I've been here so many times and always happy
Good food at a reasonable price. Very customizable menu for personalized burgers and a couple if different sides. Good sweet potato fries. Nice atmosphere and servers, worth a pop in.
Awesome, Amazing and Delicious. Our first time eating at The Counter, the staff and the food were excellent. Have to go back and try different combinations of the burger using the build your own menu. If I had 1 criticism it would be the build your own menu, when it's your first time it is not obvious how many items you can select. Minor issue as clearly going back to try again
Took 30 mins to be seated although there were empty tables. Cold fries and burgers. Not tasty but well decorated. Prices are up compared to last time. Used to be a good burger place, Not any more . Just two staffs were on the floor, and were busy with the bills while a long queue of customers waiting and shivering in the cold to be seated. Could not make the tables ready for next customers, service is so poor
Was a great experience. We were a party of 6, everyone ordered something else, and everyone loved their meal. Was extremely tasty. I had the asian veggie burger on a bed of salad, was one of the nicest veggie burgers i have had in a long time.

We got wings as a starter and the portion was just crazy, the taste was good. Custom made burger was a good idea and tasted real good.
Thumbs up to Ella for 5 star service throughout our stay yesterday. She was very fast getting us the table, always on her feet and active. The place was very busy and in all honesty some staff were not carrying their weight but she was zooming through the place - inviting customers, cleaning and waiting tables, looking after kids' seating as well as moving chairs and even tables across the room to accommodate the busy restaurant. When interrupted for requests she was very friendly and welcoming despite I am sure being overwhelmed by multiple tasks to perform. Food was good and we didn't wait too long considering how busy it was. Once again thanks to Ella and her colleagues for making our stay a very welcome one.
Service had no interest beyond taking your order. Four staff + a manager for 4 tables, just on their phones, looking at their nails, standing around doing nothing. We were finished eating for twenty minutes, our server looked over at us at least twice and did nothing. Food was fine but overpriced. It was cheeky to charge extra for sauteed mushrooms and then add not even half a button mushroom.
