Harrogate was crazy busy so had difficulty parking. So my husband dropped me off & I hot footed it up to the Showroom. A big thank you to Izzy, who helped me find the pieces of furniture that I had seen online but wanted to view in person before deciding to make a purchase.nnIzzy was so lovely, and very helpful. She showed me the dining tables in 4 & 6 seat configuration, and how to extend the table.nnFurniture now delivered & in place in my dining hall. Thanks for your help Izzy x
Unfortunately we live about an hour and a half away from Harrogate, but decided we need to see the standard of bedroom furniture before making a sizeable purchase of wardrobes and drawers for our bedroom. The staff there were very helpful and so we went ahead with the purchase. Cotswold as a company were excellent, keeping us informed of the potential delivery date which went ahead on the anticipated day and the delivery guys were superb at building up the wardrobes and three sets of drawers, removing all the waste and leaving us in a tidy state. The only downside was minor, in that a spare set of handles had one missing. I rang through to Harrogate who immediately passed the message on to the central Customer Services who made contact within an hour. They not only sorted out the missing handle but were extremely helpful in a couple of other queries that I raised and the day concluded with me thinking what a great company Cotswold is. As pensioners, we have experience of buying furniture over the years from many retailers and have used Cotswold a number of times previously. They have always been customer centric and once again the service has been first class. Thank you Cotswold and the excellent delivery company BJS Home Delivery.
We were looking for a three piece suit and got directions there. But when we turned up we couldn't find anywhere to park without paying. We weren't going to be long so going into the multi storey which we found when driving home wasn't an option.nSo sorry didn't go there
Solid furniture and excellent service! Having driven a couple hours to view some furniture it was very pleasant to have Abi be so welcoming and helpful. Build quality looks as solid as they claim.
What a lovely shop full of beautiful quality items.nThe staff are incredibly helpful.nChris & Abi spent so much time helping us to find the perfect furniture for our home. First via their video link on line which was great as we’re in Chesterfield which is quite far away & then in store. They spent so much time with us, nothing is too much trouble, they are so patient & helped us make choices we were really pleased with. We love our new living room , dining room & bedroom furniture & can’t wait to see it in our new home.nThanks so much guys. Would definitely recommend
