Solid furniture and excellent service! Having driven a couple hours to view some furniture it was very pleasant to have Abi be so welcoming and helpful. Build quality looks as solid as they claim.
My mum is over the moon with her new bedroom furniture, it really does look lovely. Excellent service all round. I would definitely use Cotswold Company for future purchases.
What a lovely shop full of beautiful quality items.nThe staff are incredibly helpful.nChris & Abi spent so much time helping us to find the perfect furniture for our home. First via their video link on line which was great as we’re in Chesterfield which is quite far away & then in store. They spent so much time with us, nothing is too much trouble, they are so patient & helped us make choices we were really pleased with. My wife and I visited the Harrogate shop to look at a sofa and some dining chairs. We spent several hours there looking at various items...the choice of great quality furniture is fantastic. The staff, Chris and Abi, were so incredibly helpful and patient whilst we looked at so many items and asked lots of questions. Their product knowledge and level of customer service was outstanding. We ended up buying dining chairs, a sofa and a bed, along with some cushions and throws. We even went back the next day and bought a coffee table/puffet. The manager, Liam helped us on that visit and was just as helpful as Chris and Abi. They are all a credit to the company. Although the products are fantastic, having such helpful staff made the whole experience that much better. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for good quality furniture
Received my chester pure white large sideboard two weeks ago,it arrived on time delivery drivers was really helpful. We are really made up with our new peice of furniture.
