If you are wondering about this company, I must say it is by far the worst organisation and customer service I have even dealt with. That is a shame because their products look nice, but the company... they made me loose a whole week of work because of a return, and then they would send me 100 pounds as customer gesture, which they sent to a card I told them I had lost and I asked them not to send the money to this precise card. Jack Mace, the person who answered me, first of all answered one email on 2, and he did not read me regarding the stolen card, So I have lost 100 pounds thanks to him. Here is the kind of things that happen when you deal with Cotswold co. And I did not mention that every single day for a week, they had to collect a product, and they came to my house and left without the product to collect. For a week ! Good luck in the rest of you company s life... you will need some to keep on existing

Cracked wardrobe base. Delivery company sent it back. Heard absolutely nothing from Cotswold Company! Have huge heavy boxes stacked up in our bedroom whilst we await a replacement base. Heard nothing from Cotswold despite me emailing them Mon. God knows when we are going to get our Wardrobe! Wouldn't use this company again. Very poor customer service and communication

Really happy with our new furniture, lovely quality and exactly as it looks on the website. Getting regular updates on our order and delivery throughout was great too. Thank you!

The HQ showroom, laid out in spacious, well lit space. All clean and tidy. Many pieces displayed in themes, living, dining & bedroom… Ambience was excellent for such a shop/showroom, with a very helpful and knowledgeable assist (Annabelle) We will order our furniture soon.
