Such a beautiful and cosy spot. We only had coffee but will be back for some wine and cheese in the near future. The lady that served us was so friendly and really made us feel welcome. Very impressed
What a find! Cozy, great wines, lovely atmosphere.
We were a group of five young foreign girls and the we ordered some food and a bunch of alcohol at a Tuesday evening where only four tables where occupied. The waitress was incredibly rude to us and really destroyed our good mood. She seemed to be racist with her responses to our requests, which made me cry. So as a foreigner I would not recommend going here just because I would be afraid of being treated incorrectly!!!
We were just here for some wine and food, but it turned out that they aren't serving any food until 5pm. The lovely gentleman however prepped up a nice cheeseboard for us with some olives, salami, carrots and hummus. Everything was delicious and he didn't charge us for it. Actually felt a awful for not tipping so the least I can do is leave a good review and promise to tip next time we're there. Which we definitely will. Great atmosphere too, highly recommended!
Asked to move tables as being near fire was too warm. Staff checked to see if the alternative table was booked and then advised I was good to move. We then a table of 4 ordered another two bottles of wine. In the meantime some walk-ins took our original table. We were then advised a mistake had been made and our new table had actually been booked this is ok mistakes happen we received no apology, we could have been moved to the function area in the back but weren’t offered & we also had to pay for all the wine we didn’t get the chance to drink - not sure why we were sold two bottles of wine & then told to leave. This was my favourite bar in limerick for many years but unfortunately after this experience I can’t return
Great atmosphere and vibes. The Copper Room serves a huge variety of wines and a small tapas menu. Don't come here with an empty stomach as you won't get a filling meal. But, you can expect great service, food, and drinks.
Tried to order prosecco and the waitress mocked me ? Why would you do that While the wine/snacks were good waitress managed to offend all 4 people who went there. People from 3 nationalities Place itself was good and few nice wine. Food menu was nice to go with wine. But when the whole experience is not good I can't recommend it to someone. Better places to go around.
Very nice selection of wines. No hot food but some very nice cheese and charcuterie to soak up the alcohol. Low light and chilled music. Recommended fir a first date if you look better by candle light and want to make him/her lean in a little to hear you better.
What a great find! Nicely appointed wine bar with good selection of port and some beer. Perfect for a small group or intimate rendezvous. Attentive, knowledgeable staff. Copper Room exceeds your expectations.
