First time staying at this hotel, and hopefully, not the last. The hotel was immaculate inside and outside. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The staff were attentive Darren, Louise, and Amy. The food was worth every penny. All in all, it's one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in for some time. Keep up the great work.
Great hotel in the centre of Hatfield. Easy to get a taxi into the centre and is about a 45 minute walk from Hatfield House. Room was clean and had crisp linen on a king bed. Would stay here again.
My partner and I have stayed here twice now, we absolutely love it. Very polite staff and nice, cleans rooms. Cannot fault it. Only thing I could fault is the location, our room was right next to the student accommodation. We have had nothing but noise from them Saturday night leading into Sunday morning. This is not at the fault of the hotel, just students being students.
Nice hotel next to the business park in Hatfield. Spacious and clean rooms. Decent breakfast and good service.
We booked the botanical room for our son's 8th birthday party, the space was exactly what we were looking for, so the children would play on one side, and on the other, they would have their food. Adults sit sideways to watch their children enjoying themselves with an entertainer. We were happy with the staff's cooperation. Everything was well managed and supported by Ms. Saania. Also, her prompt and positive response to all our queries allowed us to plan this event at this location. The food was well prepared and served hot as required on time. We thank the staff and Saania for making the event memorable.
