We ordered online for delivery - please note the chicken nugget burger is just chicken nuggets and chips we asked for extra cheese which it didn’t arrive with. The special kebab was very small but tasted nice, the pictures showed chips but no chips came with the kebab. It was very expensive for what you got!
Ordered chicken bucket. Was nice but not like a traditional s/f, coating was thinner. Overall did taste good tho and chips were nice. Milkshake better than McDonald would def recommend.
Came here after driving hungry, and so glad we did! The staff are very helpful and happy and couldn't do enough for you. The food is absolutely delicious. Husband ordered the steak and I had the caspa prawn. Gorgeous!! Would definitely eat here again
Very disappointing service, ordered for my mum's birthday, and some of the meals arrived 45 minutes after everyone else's. There was no offer of compensation discount/money back/free complimentary dish etcfor the poor service. The owner went on to blame everybody else in the restaurant including the driver and couldn't accept any responsibility for himself as the business owner. Reluctantly after a frustrating phone call offered to refund us £10 which hasn't arrived yet and I get the feeling it never will. If it does actually arrive I will amend this review As a family we have spent at least £500-600 over the past 6 months and is a shame that he only could see the small amount of money today he would lose rather than the £1000's he would lose over the next few years as we find a new place to order from. We don't expect everyone to be perfect, just if you make a mistake, take responsibility for it and try to put it right. Loyalty should be both ways. Hopefully this feedback can improve the service and help others to be more cautious with their hard earned money.
Good and tasty food, big portions, you can choose from take away and dining in you need to book a table in advance as the restaurant is very busy especially with the social distancing rules you might be lucky to have one of the outdoor tables if the weather let's you don't need reservations for those. The menu is very varied with many options pasta, pizza, sea food, steaks, burgers, fish, etc. Social distancing rules are in place but I think they need a extra staff to cope with all the chores they have to do extra and deal with all the customers more easily without having anyone feeling left out or forgotten! Enjoy
The staff were extremely friendly, the place is clean and has a very nice warm feel. Our food was reasonably priced, arrived fairly quickly and both myself and my wife enjoyed our meals very much. There is also ample car parking space.
