I can honestly say I have NEVER had a bad experience at the coffee house, always absolutely amazing service, polite and friendly. The food is always great quality. I would highly recommend and please try the cakes especially the chocolate tiffin, I promise you won’t be disappointed. Great work you should be proud of your team  thanks Carol  Kid-friendliness: The staff are always really lovely and welcoming and every time I dine in they take the time to say hello to my 5year old and interact with her, excellent customer service and very genuine

My friend and I are regular customers, visiting at least once a week. The food and drink are excellent, very good value for money. The staff are lovely, very friendly, and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them.

I have left reviews before about this coffee  house I absolutely enjoy going there it is fantastic atmosphere and the staff are really great but I think personally it needs one thing is for the outside area to be covered as my partner  who is  disabled does sometimes find it hard to find a seat inside but when it rains there is always space outside so ideally it needs to be covered so please can something be done to accommodate it we enjoy sitting outside drinking the best coffee in sale

This is our go to coffee shop in sale.The coffee is spot on always nice and hot .Its immaculately clean  not cups and plates piled up like some other well known places !!, The staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcome and always thank you as you leave .If you havnt already give this place a try you wont be disappointed.

It is a nice place. When I went it was just before three in the afternoon and it was lovely and quiet. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much for them. The coffee itself was rich and very smooth, with a price that was just right. I didn't manage to try their selection of cakes or food but it all looked so delicious.

Came in.on crutches with my sister, plenty of room for me to sit,had a cappuccino and toast with butter,place was spotless,staff friendly.Food: 5/5

It’s a lovely place to hang out for a decent cup of coffee. The guy behind the counter was running the place single handedly due to staff shortages, but he was lovely with everyone - what a star.

Met a large group of friends for coffee and because the tables are small and round you can move them around to keep the group together.  My soya latte was excellent, although a bit pricey at £3.10. I'd be happier at around £2.50 for a medium latte.  The room is spacious so you don't feel crammed in. Roped outside seating available in the pedestrian area at the front.
