Great atmosphere, friendly staff, amazing food. Not to mention that the owner, Chris, is such a genuinely nice host who puts his customers first and has such pride in his outstanding work. This unique pub and inn exceeded my expectations for my one night stay.

Lovely place to stay, definitely one of the best in the area. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. Service is excellent. No problems with me checking out at 3am!

Very stylish pub/restaurant, with excellent quality food cooked to perfection. Service was unobtrusive but friendly and efficient. Will definitely be calling again!

I was at a Christmas lunch today (there were 9 of us) and while the food was delicious I felt that the young waitress was very abrupt. She didn't smile until we had paid and were about to leave, when she did wish us a good evening ,so not in the Christmas Spirit at all. I realise she was busy but feel her attitude was not up to the usual waitress standard of the Coach House. I visit fairly regularly throughout the year and have never had that experience before so found it disappointing.

Stayed at the Coach house with family in November. The bedroom (7) was lovely with a very comfortable bed. Had a fabulous family meal on Friday evening. The breakfast was delicious and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.
