All been done out recently, and much better than before, new kitchen, toilets, bar etc. New chef and the food is amazing! great variety on the menu, something for everyone. Would be a 5 but we went as a group of 30+ and sat in 3 long tables, and were served as 1 group instead of table by table. Other than that and a couple of items in the menu which they didn't have, it was great and we will all be back again next year if not before

Lovely Sunday lunch. Melt in the mouth beef, plenty of veg and a delicious yorkshire pud. V good value. Small meal option too. Will definitely go again.

Nice owners new owners spent a lot of money revamping the pup up! Good food so iv been told plus i deliver most of their veg and meat etc all functions available funnerals special occations etc good friendly family atmospher

Definitely an improvement since it's been taken over. Meal was really well presented and value for money. Got steak and it was cooked perfect. Only issue was the cut of the meat... Was really fatty.... But that certainly can't be blamed on the establishment. Beer was also well looked after.... Lovely pint.
