I'm a tour manager trying to get through to this Brackley Office. I have tried ringing 5 times and no one answers. The current message informs us that you are only open from 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday etc. 
It is now 10:15 on Wednesday!!
I need to get hold of some clients who have booked one of our holidays with you.......we leave on Saturday.
It seems not possible!

Very poor service.
