There is little good to be said about this store! They have an elderly  security guard on the door! He also doubles as a handy man it seems! Perhaps his wages justify the expensive price you pay for produce which is cheaper less than 100 meters away at Aldi. He gives the wrong impression as though you are at risk of being searched as you enter! They have a collection box for donations to a local dog rescue centre which no l9nger exists named Ruff Luck. Ruff Luck ceased to be, some 5 years ago! The cafe is always good for a visit. Tables sometimes get cleared and you can sometimes get served without a ten minute wait! There is a toilet which sometimes has paper if the roll hasn't been stolen because the dispencer is broken!

Great store..friendly staff. Has Dorothy Perkins section and a cafe area and tiolets.

I used to work there and I hated every minute of it . It got worse from 2008 and how I managed to stick it out for 12 years I still wonder . There was no support available to me as I am Autistic & sometimes needed that little more time to complete tasks and to process things & I was made to do things in record time which for me just wasn't possible.  I had certain colleges being very personal with me and it made me feel very uncomfortable & when & if I reported it I wasn't take  seriously at all because they were good friends with the ones responsible for the making fun of me . Not a good place to work if you are different or have a learning disability of any kind.

Hard to rate a petrol station, pleasant enough people and petrol was flammable enough to combust in my engine
