Co operative pharmacy are supposed to deliver Tuesday or Friday in my area. My experience with this firm is very poor service but the delivery people are excellent and very helpful which is a same as the pharmacy side is a total joke. I needed urgently antibotics but missed the Tuesday delivery so they said they would add to the Wednesdays round delivery which never happened. To cut it short I got it on Friday afternoon. My condition being a diabetic and a injury or infections of them, can be and is dangerous leaving a patient from having those drugs is in short neglecting and descusting. I came out of hospital recently with updated diabetic drug needs. Also informed doctor for needed updated drugs that I do not react to in a negative way. Which should be on a pharmaceutical company listed and on a pharmacy shelf. I phoned to inform the pharmacy of my direct prescription and needs and was told that it is down for delivery. Phoned Tuesday mid day asking about them was told it is being made up now as we speak and delivered today. 17.10 phoned was told the delivery was held back for eye drops in the repeated prescription drugs. I was also told that it was my usual prescription drugs list. I informed them that it should be my updated hospital prescribed one for diabetic required needs that is important and needed as my supply from hospital is running out fast. In short they stated Delivery on Friday. That couldn't care attitude is not expected but also confirms to me that they do not care or appreciate the facts that delaying Appsolutely needed drugs in a critical health requirement is and can lead to my death or coma state. I suppose it's the today's attitudes being expressed "WHO CARES AS LONG AS IT ISN'T MYSELF" and anyone else is their lookout WHO CARES IF YOU DIE OR NOT?
