Poor, poor service. Went in and purchased a cold remedy. The price stated £4.09 yet at the tills I was charged over £6. When. Questioned it I received a shrug of the shoulders from the female sales assistant. So I went to check and discovered the wrong pack size ticket was on display.  Not even an apology for THEIR error. Pitiful service. Next time I use Boots just slightly further up the high st, as you don't deserve mine or anyone's business.

Saturday morning last 6th November, Chemist very busy but nevertheless I was seen in a small private room and the service was fantastic. The problem with an eye was sorted out in no time given Bacterial Eye ointment which worked with 36 hours. Charming and very efficient Pharmacist. Thank you Elaine Perriss, Hook Norton

I don't usually write reviews but I would like to share this one. Great customer care and very helpful pharmacist. On two occasions in recent weeks I needed medicine for my son and I was given what I was looking for  with helpful advice too. It's nice to see friendly faces and big smiles when you walk in, specialy now days with social distancing and well too many grumpy people.

What outstanding service from this individual pharmacy. I was very concerned of my daughter Amanda last Saturday who was too unwell to get out. Being down in Surrey not able to help they so kindly came to rescue got covid test and medication out to her in the most awful weather. Thank you so much Pharmacist.

The best pharmacy - helpful staff who are always happy & Yassin the pharmacist is the most friendly knowledgeable man who you could explain the most personal of symptoms to without embarrassment - a total credit to Chipping Norton.  Thank you Yassin & Team - keep up the good work

Great service, friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a prescription the same day, no one else within 20 mile radius could get hold of the drug I needed. These guys went the extra mile and got the drug in the same day no problems. Thank you!
