All I want is a bag but I have to stand there every time waiting for someone to get to the till because they hide them behind the counter.

This store has a good variety of products to choose from, however my main criticism is the sheer overwhelming stock levels within the shop. The shelves are brimming with stock, every inch of shop floor space is crammed with stuff!nWorst of all, as you are leaving the tills, there are just stacks and stacks of unnecessary offers and promotional stands.nStaff are a bit hit and miss on the friendliness front too.

Rude staff moaning about there managers to customers, staff have a lack of hygiene, nothing on the shelves, slow service with a woman behind the till moaning saying it's not her fault rather than calling some one over to help. Staff blocking Isles with trolleys that arnt even being worked, no room to get through.  Won't be visiting the store again.

The staff in this store go out of there way to look after every one and have stayed open through out this pandemic. I think they all deserve a medal and a big thank you from every one in the village.
