Previously left a review about rude staff but visited  again today- there was a member staff I hadn’t seen before and she was just a rude as the rest of them. No offer for a bag, no offer of a receipt, and when I asked for a bag and asked for my receipt I got met with eye rolls and huffing. I asked a question about a product and got a very blunt response without her even checking it. Not once have a had a decent experience in this shop, what on earth is going on with everyone?

Nice clean shop but staff have no idea about anything. Dont bother asking is my motto now. Also there is board for customers to put adverts up yet the shop takes them down later that day. What is the point.nStaff just shrug their their shoulders and say dont know.nUSELESS.nIn future i will avoid this shop.

Extremely clean shop well faced. The service was exceptional. The three staff present Tony Sam And Nicki were on hand for any queries a very impressive shop would go again.

The staff here are so miserable and make no effort to disguise how much they dislike customers. The eye rolling if you need to be served is so dramatic it’s actually amusing. God forbid you need to send an Evri parcel. The reaction is like you’ve just cancelled Christmas.

Rude staff. No one seems to understand ‘customer service’ anymore
