Staff are not very friendly. Always seems to be just one person on the till resulting in long queues. Also, another thing that puts me off this place is that it is always so freezing cold. Does it have to be that arctic cold all of the time? Other Co-Ops aren't that cold.

Over usage of the word 'brilliant' and 'lovely'. Laura needs a thesaurus immediately. There are at least 3 different bearded men that work here and yet I don't remember any of them. Their faces just blend into one bearded entity, like a moustachioed Cerberus. I thought I'd seen it all in this shop, but nothing could prepare you for the sadness in Martin's eyes; the sorrow, the grief, the inner turmoil. This husk of a man will leave you breathless. Beware! One look into this man's deep brown orbs is like a Gorgon's stare, forever held in bittersweet agony. You will envision a nirvana of eternal misery, an oasis of endless bliss. In his iris? The outer crust of Hell. In his smile? But a peep into Elysium. The death and passion of the Christ compels you, Martin. May God have mercy on all our souls. Stock could do with a rehaul, especially the drink's section, which is often left barren, much like Martin's mortal vessel. The queue time... Well. Jesus crossed the Desert before I paid for my sandwich. When there's more than 3 people in a line, don't be scared to give that magic bell a tinkle. In the meantime, I suppose we'll all have to pretend that we don't mind our precious time being siphoned (we do). At one point, in a bid not to lose his space, a man seized me by my collar and pinned me to the ice cream chiller. Do you know what that feels like, Martin? Do you feel anything anymore? Sort it out.

If you want a quick 'in and out' service (as co-ops should be) DON'T GO HERE!!! Service is terrible... the staff are slow in every sense of the word. I live just up the road from here and HAVE to use this place for last minute bits and bobs and I dread it every time.
