On the whole food is very good, there is a good range of own produce that taste very much or better than big name brands. But there are some which are not. Customer service is great. I prefer to shop there because of the convenience and the prices are very competitive.

This shop needs to hire more cashiers, or pull persons from the shop floor willing to use their initiative. Can end up queuing in here for longer than 15 mins. Not a fan of "working mothers" having their children rummage around with my shopping as I'm trying to bag it up, why aren't the kids at home with the guardian whilst she works?? Where are the management?? Too much concentration focused on keeping stocked up when you have a queue of people, and cashiers wondering round the shop.
