The shop is generally ok. Variable in terms of stock and the bakery and hot food area.nnBut they also run the post office and it's supposed to be open the same hours as the shop. Plus they're listed as a drop off and pick up point. So services like DPD now take parcels and leave them there.nnBut the post office is often not open, certainly not the hours they quote. So avoid if you want to set it as a pickup location on Amazon. You'll have to keep going back to get your parcel!

I work for a charity, and this Co-op is always really generous with its donations to us. We also all regularly buy our lunch here and are really grateful for it!

We came in 20 minutes before close and an Employee was rude and said I can’t believe people expect us to wait till exactly 10 to close right in our face then was rude again won’t be coming back to this shop again

Awful and way overpriced products. Coop hardly. Even Highlands coops with higher overheads are not so bad. Rude staff and does not advertise on street sign that they are Southern. Yet the main Bradford on Avon Coop is so much better.

This coop should be closed and replaced by more responsible franchise. They rarely have any hot food or vegetarian options so forget about coming here to buy some lunch. 1/5 of the shelves are empty and not replenished, prices are also higher than the supermarkets around. Came here number of times and today is my last time visiting this store. Disappointing…
