I started coming about a week ago and have been 3 times since, the employees are amazing at talking you through safety procedures and good etiquette. I have never bouldered before or rock climbed and I have felt very welcomed and encouraged by those around me. I managed to climb a green today after my third day and a few people I don’t know congratulated me. Truly an amazing and wholesome community who only want to see each other succeed.
Great bouldering climbing centre. Helpful and friendly staff. Lots of route options for all levels. Availability to hire shoes. Options for classes and coaching. Everyone is very friendly and even when attending alone it feels such a welcoming place! Recommend!!!
The climbing facilities are good, happy with the routes though feels a touch less varied than other gyms I've been to. Quite big and plenty of space. Even at peak times though it's a bit crowded you can still get on the wall. Clean, tidy, good cafe.nnLet down by two things: way more expensive than my last climbing gym. They did 12 sessions for £85, here 10 passes is £104.nOther thing is the men's changing room, which is a bench literally opposite the urinals. It's incredibly grim, wild that anyone would think that's a good idea.
No support for first-time users, unhelpful staff Haley?, very user unfriendly, felt totally undermined and slightly humiliated with a smart attitude, generally just a truly negative experience all round. My husband is head concierge in 5 star hotel in Glasgow and would NOT recommend this at all to any guests. We left due to a lack of guidance and extremely poor customer service. Kindness costs nothing. Laser tag Jess next door were truly accommodating and would highly recommend.
Great facility and really friendly staff who are super helpful. We come to the toddler class on Monday mornings and it's ran really well with lots to keep the kids engaged!
