Enjoyed my brief stay. Staff lovely. Room very comfortable. Great breakfast lots of variety and all you could eat. It was an excellent location especially for London City Airport and as my visit was to relatives in Blackheath. I have walked past it many times and it was most enjoyable to see the inside and stay and eat there.
My partner and I had afternoon tea at the Clarendon Hotel on Sunday. It was a lovely experience and we'd definitely visit again.nnThe food was delicious and plentiful, and the location was impressive.nnThe only downside was the fact we couldn't enjoy it in their lovely garden due to threading, but that wasn't their fault ; in fact it was good they could still seat us.
Reception staff were extremely helpful. The room was bigger than I expected and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast buffet in the morning included in the room rate was a real plus, and it was always very well stocked. Every staff member we spoke to or interacted with was fantastic, and all are a real credit to your business. We will be back!
Perfect for a Blackheath festival location. Suites are good sizes, comfy beds, hospitality was great. We turned up early, and they allowed us to do festival prep in one of the bar areas when rooms were nor ready. Will visit again
What a lovely clean hotel.. staff were excellent, rooms clean and comfortable, breakfast was plenty full. Shush...I even snuggled out a pastry to munch on though my travels of the day...
